Delete Your Account 🗑️
You can delete your Innerly account and all associated personal data at any time. Choose either method below.
Fastest — In App
Delete from within the Innerly app
- Open the Innerly app on your device.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account & Data (under the Privacy section).
- Confirm. Your account and all data are erased immediately from your device and our servers.
By Email
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address linked to your account.
- Send an email to innerly@vrdntech.in.
- Use the subject line “Delete My Account”.
- Include the email or phone number associated with your Innerly account so we can verify your identity.

What gets deleted
✓Your profile and account identifiers (name, email, phone)
✓Assessment answers, scores, and generated reports
✓AI Coach chat history and AI memory profile
✓Mood journal entries and progress data
✓Mirror Test invites and results
What we may retain
!Anonymised, non-identifiable analytics that can no longer be linked to you.
!Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment/tax records for completed purchases), retained only for the period mandated by law.
⏱️ Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, cancel your subscription in Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Innerly → Cancel before deleting your account.
