Psychological assessments are most accurate when answered honestly and without overthinking. We recommend retaking the assessment after a few days, answering spontaneously based on your typical behaviour (not how you wish you behaved). Results naturally vary slightly between attempts โ this is normal and reflects genuine personality complexity.

Email vrdntech@gmail.com with "Data Export Request" in the subject line. We will send you a JSON export of all your assessment data, reports, and mood logs within 7 business days.
Try these steps: 1) Force close and reopen the app. 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Update Innerly to the latest version on Google Play. 4) Clear app cache (Settings โ Apps โ Innerly โ Storage โ Clear Cache). If the issue persists, email vrdntech@gmail.com with your device model, Android version, and a description of the issue.
This sometimes happens due to a sync delay. Please: 1) Force close and reopen Innerly. 2) Go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". If the issue persists after 24 hours, email vrdntech@gmail.com with your Google Play order ID (found in your email receipt) and we'll resolve it manually.
Currently Innerly is available on Android (Google Play). iOS App Store version is in development โ sign up for our early access list to be notified when it launches.
