By downloading or using Innerly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Innerly

Innerly is a self-discovery and psychological assessment application developed by Humos Technologies. The app provides personality assessments, mental wellness screening, AI coaching, mood journaling, and related self-reflection tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Innerly
Users under 18 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent
You must provide accurate information during registration
One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at vrdntech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free and Premium Services

Free Tier

30-question assessment and basic 3-page report
3 AI Coach messages per day
Mood Journal (limited history)
Access to all 22 Indian languages

Premium Subscription

₹149/month or ₹999/year (billed through Google Play / Razorpay)
Full 100+ question assessment and 20+ page deep report
Unlimited AI Coach, Shadow Self reveal, Career match, Mirror Test
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
Manage or cancel subscriptions via Google Play Store → Subscriptions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use Innerly for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
Use the AI Coach to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Submit false or misleading information in assessments
Attempt to circumvent premium paywalls through technical means
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
Use Innerly to harm yourself or others

6. AI-Generated Content

Innerly uses AI (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to generate personalised reports and coaching responses. You understand and agree that:

AI-generated content is for informational and self-reflection purposes only
AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
AI-generated insights do not constitute professional psychological advice
We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Innerly — including the app design, algorithms, question bank, report templates, and AI models — is owned by Humos Technologies and protected by intellectual property law.

Your personal data and the reports generated from your data belong to you. You may export and share your own reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Humos Technologies shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Innerly
Decisions made based on Innerly assessments or AI Coach advice
Service interruptions, data loss due to force majeure events
Third-party services (Supabase, Razorpay, Google Play) failures

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for Innerly services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our service evolves. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
